AD/CV: Cold-Rolled Steel, Tapered Roller Bearings, Polyester Fiber, PET Resin

Cold-Rolled Steel. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from the United Kingdom for the period March 7, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017, after the petitioners withdrew their request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all entries of subject goods during this period at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Tapered Roller Bearings. The International Trade Commission has scheduled a full sunset review of the AD duty order on tapered roller bearings from China. A hearing will be held July 31, requests to appear at the hearing are due by July 23, pre-hearing briefs are due by July 20, post-hearing briefs are due by Aug. 9, and final comments are due by Sept. 4. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

Polyester Staple Fiber. The ITC has scheduled the final phase of its AD injury investigations of low melt polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan. A hearing will be held May 22, requests to appear at the hearing are due by May 17, pre-hearing briefs are due by May 15, post-hearing briefs are due by May 30, and final comments are due by June 26.

PET Resin. The ITA has postponed its preliminary AD duty determinations on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Brazil, Indonesia, Pakistan, South Korea, and Taiwan from March 8 to April 27.
