AD/CV: Cold-Rolled Steel, Corrosion-Resistant Steel, Shrimp, Fish Fillets

Cold-Rolled Steel. The International Trade Administration has initiated inquiries to determine whether imports of cold-rolled steel flat products that are completed in Vietnam from hot-rolled steel produced in Korea are circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on CRS from Korea.

Corrosion-Resistant Steel. The ITA has initiated inquiries to determine whether imports of corrosion-resistant steel products that are completed in Vietnam from hot-rolled steel and/or cold-rolled steel products produced in Korea and Taiwan are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on CORE from Korea and the AD duty order on CORE from Taiwan.

Shrimp. In its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India the ITA pas preliminarily determined that Costal Aqua Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Coastal Aqua in the context of this order.

Fish Fillets. The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative reports that Vietnam has requested the establishment of a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel to examine several ITA administrative reviews of the AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. Comments on the issues raised in this dispute are due by Sept. 4.
