The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Cold-rolled steel – (a) rescission of administrative review of countervailing duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the cash deposit rates and (b) final determination that imports of certain cold-rolled steel flat products produced in Vietnam using carbon hot-rolled steel manufactured in Korea are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on cold-rolled steel from Korea
Corrosion-resistant steel – final determination that imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products completed in Vietnam using carbon hot-rolled steel and/or cold-rolled steel flat products manufactured in Korea or Taiwan are circumventing the AD duty orders on CORE from Korea and Taiwan
Cut-to-length plate – dumping margin of 19.87 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Korea for the period Nov. 14, 2016, through April 30, 2018
Pipes and tubes – net subsidy rate of 0.24 percent (de minimis) in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017
Solar products – dumping margin of 2.57 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019
