The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations.

Coagulation system probes – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1182 of argon plasma coagulation system probes, their components, and other system components for use therewith (complainants Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH and Erbe USA Inc., respondents located in Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.)

Reusable straws – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1183 of foldable reusable drinking straws and components and accessories thereof (complainant The Final Co. LLC, respondents located in China)

Vinyl tile – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1155 of luxury vinyl tile and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a settlement with complainants Mohawk Industries Inc., Flooring Industries Ltd. Sarl, and IVC US Inc.
