Filament LEDs – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1172 of filament light-emitting diodes and products containing same with respect to one respondent based on a settlement agreement with complainant The Regents of the University of California

LED products – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1168 of LED products, systems, and components thereof with respect to numerous patent claims withdrawn by complainants Lighting Science Group Corporation, Health Inc., and Global Value Lighting LLC

Vinyl tile – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1155 of luxury vinyl tile and components thereof with respect to numerous respondents based on settlement with complainants Mohawk Industries Inc., Flooring Industries Ltd. Sarl, and IVC US Inc.
