The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Cigarettes – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on fourth-tier cigarettes from South Korea, with dumping margin of 5.48 percent

Fertilizer – initiation of CV duty investigations of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia, with preliminary determinations due by Sept. 21

Flat-rolled steel – dumping margin of 1.28 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated, flat-rolled steel products from Japan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

PET sheet – affirmative final AD duty determinations on polyethylene terephthalate sheet from South Korea and Oman, with dumping margins of 7.19 to 52.01 percent for Korea and 4.74 percent for Oman

Rubber – dumping margin of 2.68 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico for the period Feb. 24, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018
