The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations.

Child carriers – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1154 of child carriers and components thereof with respect to one respondent on the basis of a settlement with complainant LILLEbaby LLC

Human milk oligosaccharides – Oct. 23 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by the recommendation in investigation 337-TA-1120 to issue a limited exclusion order against human milk oligosaccharides imported, sold for importation, and/or sold after importation by one respondent

LiDAR devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1175 of rotating 3-D LiDAR devices, components thereof, and sensing systems containing the same (complainant Velodyne Lidar Inc., respondents located in China)

Nicotine delivery systems – determination in investigation 337-TA-1141 of cartridges for electronic nicotine delivery systems and components therefor that accused products infringe specified patents asserted by Juul Labs Inc.
