The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Cabinets – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China, with current cash deposit rates of zero to 251.64 percent (AD) and 13.33 to 293.45 percent (CV)

Dioctyl terephthalate – dumping margins of zero to 22.97 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on dioctyl terephthalate from Korea for the period Feb. 3, 2017, through July 31, 2018

PC strand – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD injury investigations of pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates and CV injury investigation of such goods from Turkey (comments due by May 12)

Polyethylene – preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene from Korea

Steel cylinders – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of non-refillable steel cylinders from China, with preliminary determinations due June 22 (CV) and Sept. 3 (AD)
