Brightening agents – dumping margin of 4.61 percent for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Cold-rolled steel – dumping margin of zero for three companies in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018

Lockers – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD and CV injury investigations of metal lockers from China, with written comments due by Aug. 4

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 4.89 to 7.47 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018

Steel wire rod – net subsidy rates of 3.81 to 6.09 percent in amended final affirmative CV duty determination on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Turkey pursuant to court decision
