Botox – Aug. 18 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the limited exclusion order and cease and desist order recommended in investigation 337-TA-1145 of botulinum toxin products, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and certain products containing same would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Dental scanners – final initial determination of patent infringement in investigation 337-TA-1144 of dental and orthodontic scanners and software and Aug. 11 deadline for comments on the form of remedy that should be issued, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing goods could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
Digital receivers – Aug. 28 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the limited exclusion order recommended in investigation 337-TA-1158 of digital video receivers, broadband gateways, and related hardware and software components would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Toner cartridges – Aug. 18 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the exclusion orders and cease and desist orders recommended in investigation 337-TA-1174 of toner cartridges, components thereof, and systems containing same would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
