Bone cements – final initial determination of no violation in trade secret misappropriation investigation 337-TA-1153 of bone cements, components thereof, and products containing the same and July 27 deadline for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding if a violation is found

Movable barriers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on movable barrier operator systems and components thereof (complainants Overhead Door Corporation and GMI Holdings Inc.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)

Vaporizer cartridges – new IPR infringement complaint filed on vaporizer cartridges and components thereof (complainant Juul Labs Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Wrapping material – new IPR infringement complaint filed on wrapping material and methods for use in agricultural applications (complainants Tama Group and Tama USA Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, Canada, and the U.S.)
