AD/CV: Biodiesel, Wire Rod, Shrimp

Biodiesel. The International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of its antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia. A hearing will be held Nov. 9, requests to appear at the hearing and pre-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 2, post-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 16, and final comments are due by Dec. 1.

Wire Rod. The ITC has scheduled the final phase of its AD and CV injury investigations of wire rod from Belarus, Italy, Korea, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. A hearing will be held Nov. 16, requests to appear at the hearing and pre-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 9, post-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 27, and final comments are due by Dec. 15.

Shrimp. The International Trade Administration has corrected the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2015, through Jan. 31, 2016, to correct the list of companies subject to weighted average dumping margins, which range from zero to 0.84 percent.
