The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Biodiesel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on biodiesel from Argentina for the period Oct. 31, 2017, through March, 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Chlorinated isocyanurates – dumping margin of zero for one company in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain for the period June 1, 2017, through May 31, 2018

Pipe fittings – continuation of AD duty order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China, effective Dec. 4

Pressure pipe – continuation of AD duty orders on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, effective Dec. 3

Threaded rod – dumping margin of 206.0 percent for one company in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2013, through March 31, 2014
