Biodiesel – final determination of insufficient changed circumstances to warrant revisions to the AD/CV duty order on biodiesel from Argentina
Glass containers – final affirmative CV duty determination on glass containers from China, with net subsidy rates of 25.46 to 320.53 percent
Paper – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on lightweight thermal paper from China for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Silicon metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on silicon metal from Russia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel cylinders – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on non-refillable steel cylinders from China
