AD/CV: Biodiesel, Refrigerant

Biodiesel. The International Trade Commission has instituted antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia. A conference will be held in connection with these investigations on April 13, requests to appear at the conference are due by April 11, written comments are due by April 18, and the ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by May 8.

R-134a. The ITC has made a final affirmative AD injury determination on 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R-134a) from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will soon issue an AD duty order on this product.

The ITC also made a final negative critical circumstances determination; as a result, subject goods that entered the U.S. prior to Oct. 7, 2016, will not be subject to retroactive AD duties.
