IPR News: Beverage Dispensers, Child Carriers, Mobile Devices, Cover Plates, Straws
The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations.

Beverage dispensing systems – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1130 of beverage dispensing systems and components thereof, issuance of (1) a limited exclusion order prohibiting the entry of infringing goods and (2) a cease and desist order directed to one respondent
Child carriers – April 14 deadline in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1154 of child carriers and components thereof for written submissions on whether the ITC should issue a limited exclusion order and/or cease and desist orders if it finds a Section 337 violation
Mobile devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1162 of touch-controlled mobile devices, computers, and components thereof with respect to several patent claims at the request of complainant Neodron Ltd.
Powered cover plates – March 30 deadline in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1124 of powered cover plates for written submissions on (a) the form of remedy (exclusion order and/or cease and desist order) that should be ordered, (b) the effects of any such remedy on public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, U.S. production of like or competitive articles, and U.S. consumers, and (c) the amount of the bond under which infringing goods could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy
Straws – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1183 of foldable reusable drinking straws and components and accessories thereof with respect to two respondents based on The Final Co. LLC’s withdrawal of its allegations with respect to them
