Beverage dispensers – rescission of limited exclusion order and cease and desist order issued in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1130 of beverage dispensing systems and components thereof based on a settlement agreement
Cellular devices – termination without imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1138 of LTE- and 3G-compliant cellular communications devices due to finding of no violation
Electronic candles – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1195 of electronic candle products and components thereof with respect to some respondents based on a consent order
Photovoltaic cells – termination without imposition of import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1151 of photovoltaic cells and products containing same following a determination of non-infringement
