Beverage dispensing systems – Oct. 21 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation for limited exclusion order and cease and desist order in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1130 of beverage dispensing systems and components thereof
Bone cements – new investigation 337-TA-1175 of allegations that the importation and sale of bone cements and bone cement accessories are destroying or substantially injuring a U.S. industry by reason of the misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, and tortious interference; complainants Zimmer Inc. and Zimmer US Inc. seek limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against the respondents, which are located in Germany and the U.S.
Child carriers – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1154 of child carriers and components thereof with respect to two respondents based on a settlement with complainant LILLEbaby LLC
Networking products – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1131 of wireless mesh networking products and related components thereof with respect to one patent claim based on the withdrawal of the infringement allegation by complainant SIPCO LLC
Toner cartridges – new patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1174 of toner cartridges, components thereof, and systems containing same; complainants Brother Industries Ltd., Brother International Corporation (U.S.A.), and Brother Industries U.S.A. Inc. seek general exclusion order or limited exclusion order, along with cease and desist orders, against the respondents, which are located in Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.
