Self-Anchoring Beverage Containers. The International Trade Commission states that in patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1092 of self-anchoring beverage containers Alfay Designs Inc., Mighty Mug Inc., and Harry Zimmerman have withdrawn their complaint as to certain unserved respondents.

Optical Fiber Coatings. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1031 of UV curable coatings for optical fibers, coated optical fibers, and products containing same without the imposition of import restrictions following a determination of no violation.

Dermatological Treatment Devices. The ITC has instituted investigation 337-TA-1112 to determine whether imports of radio frequency microneedle dermatological treatment devices and components thereof are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement.

Complainants Syneron Medical Ltd., Candela Corporation, and Massachusetts General Hospital request that after this investigation the ITC issue a limited exclusion order, which would direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to prohibit the entry of infringing products into the U.S., and cease and desist orders, which would require the named respondents to cease actions that violate Section 337, including selling infringing imported articles out of U.S. inventory. The respondents in this investigation are located in Israel, Korea, and the U.S.
