IPR News: Arrow Rests, Data Transmission Devices, Mobile Devices

Arrow rests – issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting the unlawful entry of full-capture arrow rests and components thereof found to violate patents asserted by Bear Archery Inc.

Data transmission devices – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1150 of data transmission devices, components thereof, associated software, and products containing the same based on withdrawal of the complaint by Data Scape Ltd. and C-Scape Consulting Corp.

Mobile devices – new IPR infringement petition filed on mobile devices with multifunction emulators (complainant Dynamics Inc.; proposed respondents located in Korea and the U.S.; comments on public interest due by July 26)
