Nature of Notice: Initiation of antidumping duty investigations.
Details: Alleged dumping margins of 21.85% to 60.78% for Russia and 20.07% to 60.11% for Venezuela. The merchandise covered by the scope of these investigations is all forms and sizes of ferrosilicon, regardless of grade, including ferrosilicon briquettes. Ferrosilicon is a ferroalloy containing by weight 4% or more iron, more than 8% but not more than 96% silicon, 3% or less phosphorus, 30% or less manganese, less than 3% magnesium, and 10% or less any other element. The merchandise covered also includes product described as slag if it meets these specifications.

Details: AD duties for these companies will be assessed at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
