Nature of Notice: Revocation of antidumping and countervailing duty orders with respect to certain rectangular wire following changed circumstances reviews.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate without regard to AD and CV duties, and to refund any estimated AD or CV duties collected on, all unliquidated entries of the product in question that were entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 7, 2010 (CV) or Nov. 12, 2010 (AD).

Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2012, through July 31, 2013.
