Stainless Steel. The ITC has scheduled full sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan and the CV duty order on such goods from Korea. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders. A hearing will be held July 25, requests to appear at the hearing are due by July 17, pre-hearing briefs are due by July 14, post-hearing briefs are due by Aug. 3, and final comments are due by Aug. 25.

Paper Clips. The ITC has scheduled a full sunset review of the AD duty order on paper clips from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. A hearing will be held June 22, requests to appear at the hearing are due by June 13, pre-hearing briefs are due by June 13, post-hearing briefs are due by July 3, and final comments are due by July 31.

DOTP. The ITC has scheduled the final phase of its AD injury investigation of dioctyl terephthalate from Korea. Artists’ Canvas. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on artists’ canvas from China, the ITC has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, the ITA will continue this order for another five years.
