The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum wire and cable – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on aluminum wire and cable from China
Oil country tubular goods – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on OCTG from Turkey for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – dumping margin of 4.01 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Taiwan for the period March 7, 2017, through Sept. 30, 2018
Scope rulings – scope rulings made from Jan. 1 through March 31, 2019, with respect to the following AD and/or CV duty orders
- aluminum extrusions from China
- artist canvas from China
- carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico
- carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China
- pasta from Italy
- raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan
Steel plate – dumping margins of 5.68 to 10.92 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate products from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019
