The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum sheet – institution and scheduling of preliminary phase of AD and/or CV injury investigations of common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Korea, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Turkey

Corrosion-resistant steel – dumping margins of zero and 2.43 percent and net subsidy rates of 0.44 and 7.16 percent in final results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea for the periods July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017 (CV)

Nails – dumping margins of zero and 3.12 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Malaysia for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018

PET film – dumping margins of zero and 4.45 percent, and net subsidy rates of 7.22 to 10.51 percent, in final results of administrative reviews of AD and CV duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India for the periods July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017 (CV)

Structural steel – request for NAFTA panel reviews of final affirmative dumping determinations on fabricated structural steel from Canada and Mexico and final affirmative CV duty determination on such steel from Mexico
