The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – subsidy rate of 216.61 percent for five companies in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017

Pipe fittings – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Malaysia for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019

Propane cylinders – final affirmative AD and/or CV injury determinations on steel propane cylinders from China and Thailand

Steel racks – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on steel racks from China, with dumping margins of 18.06 and 144.5 percent and net subsidy rates of 1.5 and 102.23 percent

Woven ribbons – preliminary determination of no shipments for three companies and rescission with respect to one company of administrative review of AD duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from Taiwan for the period Sept. 1, 2017, through Aug. 31, 2018
