The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum foil and sheet – corrected AD cash deposit rates of 73.66 and 49.85 percent, respectively, in final results of changed circumstances reviews of AD duty orders on aluminum foil and common alloy aluminum sheet from China

Ceramic tile – dumping margin of 229.04 percent, and cash deposit rate of 203.71 percent, for one exporter/producer combination in corrected AD duty order on ceramic tile from China

Glass containers – final negative CV injury determination on glass containers from China (meaning no CV duty order will be issued)

Manganese dioxide – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on electrolytic manganese dioxide from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Polyester staple fiber – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on polyester staple fiber from China for the period June 1, 2017, through May 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such entries at the applicable cash deposit rates
