The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum foil – preliminary determination that Shanghai Huafon Aluminium Corporation is the successor-in-interest to Huafon Nikkei Aluminium Corporation and should be assigned its cash deposit rates for purposes of the AD and CV duty orders on aluminum foil and common alloy aluminum sheet from China

Biodiesel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on biodiesel from Indonesia for the period Aug. 28, 2017, through Dec. 31, 2018, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on such goods at the AD cash deposit rates

Pipe and tube – determination that finished components of refrigerated merchandising and display structures imported by one company are not within the scope of the AD and CV duty orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China

Steel kegs – final determination that imports of refillable stainless steel kegs from Mexico are retarding the establishment of a U.S. industry and negative final critical circumstances finding

Steel pipe – preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2017, through Oct. 31, 2018, and rescission of review for 34 companies
