AD/CV Notices: Aluminum Extrusions, Residential Washers, Steel Shelving
Aluminum Extrusions. The International Trade Administration has amended the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China after the Court of International Trade sustained its determination that three dock ladder kit models imported by Asia Sourcing Corporation meet the description of excluded finished goods kits and are therefore not covered by these orders. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection that the cash deposit rate for these products will be zero. If the CIT’s ruling is not appealed or is upheld on appeal, the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate any unliquidated entries of these products without regard to AD and/or CV duties and to lift the suspension of liquidation of such entries.
Large Residential Washers. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on large residential washers from Korea for the period Aug. 3, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 1.52 percent to 82.35 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject goods entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 16.
Boltless Steel Shelving. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from China. As a result, the ITA will soon issue AD and CV duty orders on this product.
