The International Trade Administration and International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – final affirmative determination that aluminum extrusions exported from Vietnam that are produced from aluminum previously extruded in China are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China

Hot-rolled steel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Russia for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017

Innerspring units – scheduling of expedited sunset reviews of AD duty orders on uncovered innerspring units from China, South Africa, and Vietnam

Line pipe – scheduling of expedited sunset reviews of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China

Steel wire rod – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Turkey for the period Oct. 31, 2017, through April 30, 2019
