Aircraft. The International Trade Commission has instituted and scheduled the preliminary phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of 100- to 150-seat large civil aircraft from Canada. A conference will be held May 18, requests to appear at the conference are due by May 16, written comments are due by May 23, and the ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by June 12.

Lawn Groomers. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on tow-behind lawn groomers and parts thereof from China for the period Aug. 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016, after the petitioner withdrew its request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
