AD/CV: Aircraft, Steel Fittings, Sodium Gluconate, Quartz Surface Products

Civil Aircraft. The NAFTA panel review of the International Trade Administration’s final affirmative antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on 100- to 150-seat large civil aircraft from Canada has been terminated at the request of the participants.

Forged Steel Fittings. The ITA has made preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on forged steel fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to require AD cash deposits on subject goods at the preliminary dumping margins, which are 7.42 percent to 142.72 percent for China, 49.43 percent to 80.20 percent for Italy, and 116.17 percent for Taiwan.

Sodium Gluconate. The ITA has made preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China. The ITA will instruct CBP to require CV cash deposits on subject goods at the preliminary net subsidy rate of 194.67 percent.

Quartz Surface Products. The ITA has initiated AD and CV duty investigations of quartz surface products from China. The alleged dumping margins are 303.38 percent to 336.69 percent.
