Administrative Reviews of AD/CV Duty Orders Initiated

The International Trade Administration has initiated administrative reviews of the following antidumping and countervailing duty orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017 (CV), unless otherwise noted. The final results of these reviews, which may result in revised AD/CV duty rates, are anticipated by Feb. 28, 2019.

- stainless steel bar from Brazil and India (AD)

- frozen warmwater shrimp from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam (AD)

- stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy and Malaysia (AD)

- large residential washers from Korea and Mexico (AD)

- circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman (AD; June 8, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017)

- cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea (AD/CV)

- steel wire garment hangers from Vietnam (AD/CV)

- utility scale wind towers from China (AD/CV) and Vietnam (AD)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- preserved mushrooms from China (AD)

- multilayered wood flooring from China (AD; Dec. 1, 2016, to Nov. 30, 2017)

- small diameter graphite electrodes from China (AD)

- uncovered innerspring units from China (AD)
