Annual Reviews of AD/CV Duty Orders Present Opportunity to Seek Revised Rates

The International Trade Administration has initiated administrative reviews of the following antidumping and countervailing duty orders for the periods May 1, 2016, through April 30, 2017 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016 (CV), unless otherwise noted. These reviews give importers and exporters an opportunity to seek revised AD and CV duty rates on these products. The ITA intends to issue the final results of these reviews no later than May 31, 2018.

- citric acid and citrate salts from Canada (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada and Oman (AD; Oct. 15, 2015, through April 30, 2017) and India (AD: Oct. 15, 2015, through April 30, 2017; and CV: Aug. 14, 2015, through Dec. 31, 2016)

- diffusion-annealed nickel-plated flat-rolled steel from Japan (AD)

- polyester staple fiber from Korea (AD)

- circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan and Turkey (AD)

- stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan (AD)

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)

- pure magnesium from China (AD)

- light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey (AD)

- steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (AD)
