Activity Tracking Devices. The International Trade Commission has terminated investigation 337-TA-963 of activity tracking devices, systems, and components thereof without the imposition of import restrictions after finding no violation in connection with alleged misappropriation of trade secrets asserted by complainants AliphCom d/b/a Jawbone and BodyMedia Inc.

Pumping Bras. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-988 of pumping bras the ITC has terminated two patent claims based on their withdrawal by complainant Simple Wishes LLC.
