Activated Carbon. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on activated carbon from China, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place.

Propane Cylinders. The ITC has made preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on steel propane cylinders from China and Thailand and a preliminary affirmative CV injury determination on such goods from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its AD and/or CV duty investigations, with preliminary determinations due by Aug. 15 (CV) and Oct. 29 (AD).
