The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Acetone – affirmative preliminary dumping determination on acetone from Singapore and Spain, with dumping margins of 66.42 and 131.75 percent for Singapore and 137.39 and 171.81 percent for Spain
Chlorinated isocyanurates – subsidy rates of 1.54 and 1.71 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016
Hot-rolled steel – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Taiwan for the period Nov. 1, 2017, through Oct. 31, 2018
Magnesium – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of magnesium from Israel (hearing set for Nov. 21, pre-hearing briefs due Nov. 13, post-hearing briefs due Dec. 2, final comments due Dec. 16)
Steel nails – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Oman for the period July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018
