PTFE Resin. The International Trade Commission has made a final determination that a U.S. industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India that are subsidized by that country’s government. As a result, no countervailing duty order will be issued on this product. A separate antidumping investigation of this product is still ongoing.

Steel Racks. The ITC has initiated AD and CV injury investigations of steel racks from China. A conference will be held July 11, requests to appear at the conference are due by July 9, and written comments are due by July 16. The ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by Aug. 13.

Stainless Steel Sinks. The ITC has scheduled expedited sunset reviews of the AD and CV duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from China. Comments are due by July 10. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.
