AD/CV: PTFE Resin, Uncovered Innerspring Units

PTFE Resin. The International Trade Commission has issued final negative antidumping injury determinations for polytetrafluoroethylene resin from China and India. As a result, no AD duty orders will be issued on such goods.

Uncovered Innerspring Units. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on uncovered innerspring units form China for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018, the International Trade Administration has determined that Foshan Nanhai Jolyspring is not eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity, which is currently subject to a 234.51 percent AD duty rate.
