USTR Seeks Panelists for NAFTA Financial Services Disputes

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is accepting through Aug. 25 applications from individuals interesting in serving on a roster of panelists in dispute settlement proceedings arising under NAFTA Chapter Fourteen (financial services). Roster members must (1) have expertise or experience in financial services law or practice, which may include the regulation of financial institutions; (2) be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, reliability and sound judgment; (3) be independent of, and not be affiliated with or take instructions from, the U.S., Canada or Mexico; and (4) comply with the established code of conduct. Applications should be submitted electronically to, docket number USTR-2014-0013.
