LED Lighting Devices. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1081 of LED lighting devices, LED power supplies, and components thereof, the International Trade Commission has found one respondent in default for failing to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.

Two-Way Radios. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1053 of two-way radio equipment and systems, related software, and components thereof with respect to one patent based on a request by complainant Motorola Solutions Inc.

Industrial Automation Systems. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1074 of industrial automation systems and components thereof, including control systems, controllers, visualization hardware, motion and motor control systems, networking equipment, safety devices, and power supplies, the ITC has found seven respondents in default for failing to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.

Fuel Pump Assemblies. The ITC has instituted investigation 337-TA-1101 to determine whether imports of fuel pump assemblies having vapor separators and components thereof are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement.

Complainant Carter Fuel Systems LLC requests that after this investigation the ITC issue a limited exclusion order, which would direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to prohibit the entry of infringing products into the U.S., and a cease and desist order, which would require the named respondents to cease actions that violate Section 337, including selling infringing imported articles out of U.S. inventory. The respondent in this investigation is located in China.
