Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Commission has issued a finding of violation by defaulting respondents in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1107 of LED lighting devices and components thereof. The ITC is accepting by July 15 comments on the form of remedy that should be issued, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day presidential review period.

Separately, the ITC has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order against a defaulting respondent in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1081 of LED lighting devices, LED power supplies, and components thereof.
