Toner Cartridges. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1106 of toner cartridges and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on complainants’ withdrawal of all allegations against this respondent.

Two-Way Radios. In investigation 337-TA-1053 the ITC has issued a limited exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of two-way radio equipment and systems, related software, and components thereof that infringe one or more of specific patent claims and are manufactured abroad or imported by or on behalf of one respondent or any of its affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, or other related business entities, or their successors or assigns. The ITC has also issued cease and desist orders prohibiting two respondents from importing, selling, marketing, advertising, distributing, offering for sale, transferring (except for exportation), and soliciting U.S. agents or distributors for infringing goods. Finally, the ITC has determined that a bond of 44 percent of the entered value is required to permit temporary importation of infringing goods during the 60-day period the president has to review this remedy.
