The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives

- ATF Form 6 - part II, application and permit for importation of firearms, ammunition, and defense articles  (comments due by July 19)

Bureau of Industry and Security

- form BIS-647P, delivery verification procedure for imports (comments due by Aug. 23)

Department of Agriculture

- form FSIS 5020-1, registration of meat and poultry handlers (comments due by July 24)

- form FSIS 9540-4, permit holder – importation of undenatured inedible products (comments due by July 24)

- form FSIS 9540-5, notification of intent to import meat, poultry, or egg products – samples for laboratory examination, research, evaluative testing, or trade show exhibition (comments due by July 24)

- foreign market development cooperator program and market access program (comments due by July 24)

Federal Trade Commission

- Energy Labeling Rule (comments due by Aug. 23)

Food and Drug Administration

- accreditation of third-party certification bodies to conduct food safety audits and issue certifications (comments due by July 17)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- CBP Form 3171, application-permit-special license unlading-lading-overtime services (comments due by July 19)
