ITC Reschedules Hearing on Trade and Investment Policies in India
The International Trade Commission has rescheduled from April 7 to May 5 the public hearing in its investigation of significant changes to India’s trade and investment policies since mid-2014. The delay is designed to allow interested parties to access more recent information in preparing their testimony and pre-hearing briefs and statements. Consequently, requests to appear at the hearing are now due by April 21, pre-hearing briefs and statements must now be filed by April 23, and post-hearing briefs are now due no later than May 12. The ITC still expects to submit its report to Congress no later than Sept. 24.
