Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The ITC has initiated separate investigations (337-TA-1176 and 337-TA-1177) to determine whether imports of certain semiconductor devices, products containing the same, and components thereof are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement. The complainant requests that after these investigations the ITC issue limited exclusion orders as well as cease and desist orders. The respondents are located in the U.S., China, and Taiwan.
