Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions investigation 337-TA-1109 of clidinium bromide and products containing same. Complainants Valeant Pharmaceuticals North America LLC and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. had alleged that imports of such goods were violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of false or misleading advertising concerning their Food and Drug approval status and had requested the issuance of an exclusion order and cease and desist orders. However, the complainants subsequently withdrew their amended complaint.
