Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-875 of certain radio frequency identification products and components thereof. This termination is based on a settlement agreement between complainant Neology Inc. and the respondents, which are located in the U.S. The presiding administrative law judge found that this settlement does not impose any undue burdens on public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers.
