The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations.

Cover plates – partial review and remand of final initial determination by the presiding administrative law judge finding a section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1124 of certain powered cover plates

Graphics systems – partial modification of limited exclusion order as to certain respondents based on a settlement agreement in investigation 337-TA-1044 of certain graphics systems, components thereof, and consumer products containing the same

Mobile devices – amendment of complaint and investigation notice to substitute certain respondents in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1162 of certain touch-controlled mobile devices, computers, and components thereof
