LEDs – in infringement investigation 337-TA-1168 of light-emitting diode products, systems, and components thereof, July 28 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by a recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order should the ITC find a Section 337 violation

Lighters – in trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1142, issuance of general exclusion order barring entry of certain pocket lighters including an oblong body that is elliptical in cross-section, a fork that is generally parabolic in cross-section, and/or a hood that is generally parabolic in cross-section that infringe trademarks asserted by complainant BIC

Syringes – new IPR infringement complaint filed on pre-filled syringes for intravitreal injection and components thereof (complainants Novartis Pharma AG, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, and Novartis Technology LLC; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)
